Are these brand new?
Yes! All of our forumla is brand new and sealed. If you ever recieve a can from us that was damaged and therefore opened, DON'T use it and immediately let us know!
Can I return these if my child doesn't like them?
We don't accept returns of opened cans (for safety reasons), but if you have sealed and unopened cans, then contact us about switching to a different product!

What if I receive expired formula?
We don't sell expired formula! But in the extremely rare chance that you do accidentally receive one can of expired formula, DO NOT use it and immediately let us know, we will gladly send out a replacement.
Our inventory is set up on our shelving to be organized by expirations, and we always verify each can when we put it into the shipping box, to prevent sitatuions like that from happening.
